Holiday Market: 2011- Vendor Information

 
 This Holiday Market is hosted by Akron Area Girl Scout Troops. Proceeds from this event will support progams for the girls and allow them to continue many community service projects in which they are involved. Than you for your support.
 
 

 SPACE INFORMATION

The cost is $35.00 and includes:

 

  • a 12’ space,
  • one 8’ table,
  • 2 chairs,
  • table sign and
  • 20 promotion cards for you to distribute. 
Two (2) additional tables are allowed to enhance your space but they must fit within your 12’ by 8’ area. These tables will not be provided. Bring your own or rent them from us $8.00 each.
 
All tables must be covered.  

 

 

Need Electricity? A limited number of these spaces are available at an additional cost of $10.00 but is limited to certain areas of the event space.

 

 ADVERTISING

This event will be promoted through our website at www.akrongirlscouts.org, on facebook, email blasts, radio and community bulletin boards, the Akron Beacon Journal, Craig’s List, online arts, crafts and festival networks, yard signs and flyers.

 

 

 

SET-UP DATES & TIMES

 

Friday December 2:

6pm-8pm    

            

Saturday December 3: 7am-8:30am

 

On Saturday, your set-up should be completed by 8:30 a.m. Help will be limited so please bring someone to assist with set-up and take down.  Your take down should be completed by 5:30 p.m.
